Because our products are either print-on-demand or digital downloads, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll fix it — pinky promise! 💌
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:

🖥️ Digital Products
All digital items (like our cute countdown downloads) are non-refundable.
Once a file is downloaded, we cannot issue a return or refund — but if you have trouble accessing your download, just let us know and we’ll help right away!
📦 Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping info at checkout. We cannot offer refunds for orders lost due to incorrect addresses.
